Now offering teletherapy using secure video conferencing

If anxiety, depression or other mental health issues are affecting your life and stand in the way of you being your best self, I can help.  I work in a primarily cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) framework, within an environment of compassion, collaboration and trust, to treat a variety of issues, including

  • Social anxiety

  • Generalized anxiety

  • Depression

  • Work-related stress

  • Relationship issues

  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder

  • Panic attacks

  • Psychosis

  • Bipolar disorder

I also have experience working with individuals in the LGBT2QA community and the particular mental health issues than can afflict individuals in the community

CBT is based on the premise that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours influence each other. In CBT, we focus on modifying our thinking and behaviour in order to change emotional reactions that are distressing. In therapy, you will learn new skills to help you break out of unproductive cycles that maintain emotional distress. CBT rests on a strong foundation of research that demonstrates its effectiveness.
